WARRANTY |

The SVI Gas Saver, covered by this manual is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
» The defects arising out of improper use and/or abnormal wear & tear are explicitly excluded.
» Illegally sold products, (in any manner) are not covered under this warranty.
» It is the buyer's responsibility to check the product for leakage and/or manufacturing defects.
» The buyer of this product should not install leaking/defective product. The manufacturing or distributor or dealer
shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses, or for any indirect or consequential damage, including fire,
property loss. The efficiency of the product is governed by many parameters like, condition of burners, working
environment, etc.
» Deterioration and/or wear and tear due to excessive heat, chemical, abrasion, etc. are not covered under this
warranty.
» Any damage caused by accident and/or misuse, unauthorized dissembling and improper installation or lack of
proper service requirements, established by the manufacturer, is excluded from this warranty.
» Do not tamper with the seal on the Gas Saver, Warranty void if seal is broken.
» The 2 year warranty is only given against submission of the original bill/invoice and the duly filled-in warranty
card.
» Any disputes are subject to of the Rajkot jurisdiction of State of Gujarat, India. |
